Body corporate gardening and landscaping
At Maximum Growth Horticulture, we maintain and improve communal gardens for body corporate and strata-managed properties in Melbourne’s inner south-east.
Our team is led by Max, an experienced horticulturist. We plan the garden’s ongoing care and can organise and project manage landscaping improvements when they’re needed.

Scheduled garden maintenance
We care for established and newly planted gardens. Depending on what your property needs, the work can include:
- Pruning and hedging, including larger hedges
- Weeding, mulching and lawn care
- Plant health checks and seasonal planting
- Garden bed maintenance and establishment
- Keeping communal gardens tidy and well presented
We plan the work for each visit and adjust it to suit the season and the garden’s needs. A clear schedule gives your property manager or owners corporation committee an idea of what to expect and when.
What our clients say
Working with building management
The building manager is usually our main point of contact. We coordinate visits, site access and work arrangements through them, including any arrangements affecting residents and shared areas.
Before-and-after photos and a safety report are available on request, organised with building management.
We hold public liability and WorkCover insurance.
Landscaping improvements
Sometimes a shared garden needs more than regular maintenance. Garden beds may need reworking, planting may need updating, or the property may be ready for a larger landscaping project.
We can help with garden concepts and plant selection, new garden beds, paving and retaining walls. We can manage these improvements alongside the ongoing gardening, so you don’t have to coordinate the two separately.
If you’re considering changes, we can discuss the options and provide a free onsite quote for your property manager or committee to consider.

Tell us the property’s suburb, a little about the shared gardens and whether you need ongoing maintenance, landscaping or both. At the onsite visit, we can discuss the garden’s needs, access arrangements and a suitable maintenance schedule.
